Cuplock Standards
These are introduced in five basic sizes: 1000mm, 1500mm, 2000mm, 2500mm, and 3000mm. They are manufactured from 48.3mm O.D. tubes with a 3.2mm thickness. The lower cups are welded to the standard at 500mm intervals, while the upper cups (movable cups) are used to lock up to 4 ledgers at a single node. The lowest bottom cup is welded 80mm from the bottom end of the standard, and the highest bottom cup is welded 420mm from the top end.
Cuplock Ledgers
Refal Arabia Ledgers serve as the primary horizontal connecting members for the Cuplock system. We offer a wide variety of sizes to meet all site requirements. They are manufactured from 48.3mm O.D. tubes with a 3.2mm thickness. The ledger ends are formed with a circular profile and welded to the tube, fitting perfectly into the standard’s bottom cup and locking in place with the upper cup.
Intermediate Transoms
Available in 7 sizes to fit various design and site requirements. These transoms are manufactured from 48.3mm O.D. tubes with a 3mm thickness. They provide essential intermediate support for scaffold boards, ensuring a stable and safe working platform.
Adjustable Base Jacks
Constructed from a steel plate, screw jack, and steel handle, these jacks are available in two types: Hollow and Solid. They provide a precise method of level adjustment for the Cuplock structure and fit directly into the bottom of the standards.
Adjustable U-Head Jacks
Featuring a "U" shaped steel plate, these jacks are available in both Hollow and Solid types. They provide critical support for primary beams, including traditional timber, steel, H20 beams, and aluminum beams. They are inserted into the top of the Cuplock standards to support formwork systems.
Base Plates
The Base Plate provides a flat, stable support for the Cuplock structure. It is used as a simple support in cases where adjustable leveling is not required.
Square Spigots
Used to join two Cuplock standards coaxially. A bolt can be placed transversely through the spigot and standard to prevent separation, which is especially important when the scaffold structure needs to be lifted.
Platforms & Fittings
- Steel Planks: Available in 3 lengths suitable for Cuplock Ledgers to ensure a secure walking surface.
- Scaffold Couplers: The fundamental components used to assemble tube-and-coupler scaffolding, allowing for the creation of diverse and complex structures.
- Castor Wheels: These wheels provide easy movement for Cuplock towers, allowing them to be relocated across the site efficiently.
